Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Omnilytical collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use the Customer Intelligence Platform. We aim to be clear about what we do with data — and to do less of it than you might expect.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the platform, and information from the systems you choose to connect to Omnilytical.
- Account information you provide (name, work email, company)
- Customer event data ingested from sources you connect
- Identity signals you authorize us to resolve
- Product usage and diagnostic telemetry
How we use information
We use information to deliver the platform, operate our business, and improve the service over time. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to train external models.
Data retention
We retain customer data for as long as your agreement is in effect, plus a short post-termination window to support export and recovery. Aggregate, de-identified data may be retained longer for product analytics.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. We honor these requests within the timelines required by applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent regimes).
Security
Omnilytical is SOC 2 Type II audited and ISO 27001 certified. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and we run continuous monitoring against an industry-standard control framework.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-product and via email to designated account contacts before they take effect.
