Terms of Service

These terms describe how you may use Omnilytical. Where a separate signed agreement exists between your organization and Omnilytical, that agreement controls and supersedes the terms below.

Using our service

By accessing Omnilytical you agree to use the platform in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and any acceptable use guidelines we publish. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.

Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You agree to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Omnilytical to do any of the following:

  • Violate applicable law or the rights of others
  • Process data without a valid legal basis or consent
  • Reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the platform
  • Resell or sublicense access without written authorization

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Changes to scope or volume are reflected in the following billing period.

Intellectual property

Omnilytical and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including underlying models and documentation. You retain ownership of your customer data and grant us only the rights needed to operate the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty (30) days of notice. On termination we will assist with a reasonable data export window before deleting your data in line with our retention policy.

Liability and disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated in your order or master agreement. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-product and via email to designated account contacts before they take effect.
